Convening the right people around the right questions.
Every strategic plan I've built starts from the same place: the people in the room already know more than the plan will ever capture. The job of facilitation is to draw that knowledge out, hold the tensions productively, and translate what emerges into something the organization can act on. My work in this arena spans strategic plans, governance models, participatory planning processes, board retreats, and one-on-one coaching.
